Alara Stream

It is a 62 km stretch of land between the districts of Manavgat-Alanya, pouring into the Mediterranean. It is a long, fast flowing tea. 

It takes its source from the Akdağ and Kuşak mountains of the Central Taurus at an altitude of 2,647; It mixes with the sea in a pebbly area formed from the soil it brings with it.

 In the past, there were many water mills on this stream. Alara tea is not an ordinary tea.

 Many merchants and travelers have passed through its shores for centuries. During the Seljuk period, the trade route connecting two important cities, Konya and Alaiye, descended to the Mediterranean by following the Alara Stream. Alarahan Caravanserai served as one of the last accommodation places of this trade route. Today, there are many fish restaurants by the river, especially in the region where Alarahan is located. It is also possible to swim in the tea in these regions. Tea constitutes a great source of water in terms of agriculture in the region. There are two irrigation channels on the stream.

Karaburun

The nose, which consists of an indentation of about one kilometer towards the sea, was named Karaburun. 

At the same time, the area where the nose is located is called Karaburun. 

There is a beautiful bay from the west side of the cape towards the sea. ,

There is an island about 300 meters inland in the bay, which has a beautiful beach. 

There are many touristic activities such as daily yacht tours, water sports, diving activities. 

This bay has hosted many sailor communities in history. 

There are many historical ruins on the beach.
